IDE Workspaces not initializing

The issue with the IDE has been resolved. An internal TLS certificate for service-to-service communication had expired; this has been renewed and monitoring will be configured to prevent this in the future.

The IDE Workspaces environment is degraded. Workspaces are not initializing.
We are working to resolve the issue.
